Mirage Putting Greens of Alberta Inc. is locally owned and operated. Our team has installed more than 700 greens in Western Canada along with over 20 international installations. Because of this extensive experience and quality product, the company is sought after throughout Canada, and Internationally. Our goal is to ensure that families, golf enthusiasts and business professionals have access to a superior product and the most experienced team of installers. Some of the company's accomplishments include the creation of a 4,000 sq. ft. green which was displayed at the 2003 PGA show in Orlando, FL which also won the award for "Best Product Demonstration" from the International Network of Golf and the PGA. Other recent projects include the installation of a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor facility developed by Bosse Sports and Health Club in the Boston area. In addition to these credits, Mirage has also designed and constructed synthetic greens and tee boxes for numerous large scale golf course applications throughout North America. Both Randy Steinley and two of his most experienced installers were chosen by Mirage Putting Greens International President Dale Potts will be joining Mirage’s elite Corporate Team in March 2010 to install over 30,000sq.ft of synthetic turf for a 9 hole resort golf course in Croatia. Their past synthetic golf course construction and large scale projects will bring valuable experience to this international project. Randy Steinley, the company's president, is in his 11th year of operation, and has quickly risen to the top ranks of the Mirage dealership network in North America. In 2003, he was awarded "Dealer of the Year" at the 2003 Mirage International Convention and consistently receives top honors for Canada out of over 200 other dealers. Mr. Steinley has consistently provided the highest quality service, installation and support to his residential and commercial clients alike. Darcy Rosie, Director of Sales and marketing, brings a passion for helping families and business professionals realize the green of their dreams. A central Alberta resident since 1978, Rosie is dedicated to creating the ultimate golf green project for each client. His ability to see the bigger picture allows him to create functional, attractive and, above all, enjoyable putting surfaces for residential and commercial clients. We have seen a number of competitors come and go over the years and we know that our customer service and installation experience combined with the most realistic and durable turf available on the market, is what sets us apart from others. Neil Palmer His strong background in golf course construction and landscaping is a welcome addition to the Mirage team. Neil’s genuine passion for golf coupled with industry experience has raised the standards for custom synthetic turf projects. His creativity has been a valuable asset on a number of large scale projects throughout the Edmonton area.
