We had our Mirage putting green with lazy lawn “fringe” installed as the start of our multi-year landscape project 3 years ago. We had wanted our large yard to have a recreational component to it and being that our family all golf a golf green seemed like the right thing to put in. The one thing that we didn’t want was for it to look “fake” nor did we want to do a lot of maintenance, so after researching the products available we found that the Mirage putting green was the best out there. Since we installed it 3 years ago we have had many compliments about the green and how real it looks as well as how it blends so well into our landscape design. Although we have real grass as well in our yard the Mirage putting green has saved us the associated maintenance costs of real grass such as watering fertilizing and cutting for a large part of yard (1500 sq. feet). We chose Mirage Putting Greens of Alberta because of their expertise in designing the green as to what would look best in our yard, their knowledge of the product and their professionalism. “…we knew that synthetic turf was just what we were looking for” As soon as we saw the Mirage Putting Greens of Alberta display at the Calgary Home Show, we knew that synthetic turf was just what we were looking for to complement the landscape design of our recreational property.
